Press brake

We operate a press brake capable of bending sheets up to 3000 mm in length. By using appropriate punches and dies, we can bend sheets at any angle up to a thickness of 5 mm.

Plasma cutter

Metal cutting demands both precision and power—qualities delivered by the plasma cutter in our production facility. Thanks to this equipment, we can accurately cut carbon steel up to 30 mm thick and stainless steel up to 20 mm thick. Our cutting table accommodates sheets up to 1500×3000 mm.

Laser cutting

Our laser cutting service for sheets and profiles represents the most advanced metal processing method, renowned for its exceptional precision. We cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper using a 3.0 kW laser. This technology uses a high-temperature laser beam combined with a technical assist gas, enabling extremely precise cuts with clean edges. Such advanced capabilities give us virtually unlimited possibilities for executing both artistic and industrial orders.

Unlike mechanical cutting methods, laser cutting is a non-contact process that does not damage the material surface. This makes it exceptionally precise and functional, allowing for the realization of complex designs that would be impossible with other techniques.

Technical specifications of our laser system:

• Maximum profile height: 220 mm
• Maximum profile length: 6000 mm
• X and Y axis positioning accuracy: ±0.5 mm
• Repeatable positioning accuracy: ±0.3 mm
Cutting thickness depends on the material type: carbon steel up to 22 mm, stainless steel up to 10 mm, aluminum up to 8 mm, and brass up to 6 mm.

Laser welding

Laser beam welding delivers extremely precise, high-quality welds, which is why this method is gaining popularity across many industries. We offer manual laser welding using a 2000 W water-cooled laser. Maximum weldable thickness: carbon steel – 5 mm, stainless steel – 5 mm, aluminum – 4 mm, brass – 2 mm.

Monter Install Group Powder Coating Facility

Monter Install Group’s powder coating facility offers a wide range of colors from renowned powder paint manufacturers. We operate an automatic washing line using top-quality products. Our experienced powder coaters and quality control department consistently deliver a finish that stands out on the market.

We coat: mild steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and DUPLEX steel.
Appropriate technology is applied for each of the above materials.
We coat both small and large components.
Maximum component dimensions: 7200 mm × 1650 mm × 1100 mm.
Maximum weight per component: 1200 kg.

Powder coating of aluminum or steel provides enhanced corrosion protection and is a far more durable method than applying traditional liquid paints (wet painting).

Entrance gates and fencing
