In terms of jacket configuration, we provide robust and reliable single-, double-, and multi-jacketed process tanks. We can also produce any model according to its intended application—offering tanks for storage facilities as well as for various production processes.
As a manufacturer of professional industrial solutions, we guarantee compliance with applicable standards and requirements set forth by, among others, the Technical Supervision Office (UDT), Transport Technical Supervision, and other authorized bodies. Our pressure vessels meet the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU.
Applications of pressure and non-pressure tanks
Our extensive range of solutions responds to the demands of modern industry. Products we manufacture—based on either custom or in-house designs—are used, among other applications, for storing working media under appropriate pressure conditions. They are also employed for storing technical gases, water, compressed air, or nitrogen. Pressure tanks are equipped with specialized systems that maintain a constant, predefined pressure inside the vessel. They are widely used, for example, in the chemical and petrochemical industries.
Non-pressure tanks, on the other hand, are used to store materials commonly classified as hazardous—such as corrosive or toxic substances. These structures are typically fabricated from high-grade acid-resistant steel or carbon steel to ensure adequate tightness and strength suited to the specific stored materials.
Industrial tank modernization
In addition to designing and constructing process tanks, we also carry out comprehensive repairs and overhauls. Tank modernization is often required due to mechanical damage, although this is not always the case. Failures may also result from:
- improper usage,
- inadequate maintenance techniques,
- microbiologically influenced corrosion,
- mineral deposit buildup.
Professional modernization, performed in full compliance with applicable standards, effectively addresses existing defects, cracks, or corrosion sites. Such repairs extend the service life of the entire structure while ensuring the proper parameters of the substances and materials stored within.
